Our beef is grass fed in the beautiful Sandhills of Nebraska and finished with a mixture of forage and grain. Grain finished beef provides an enjoyable and nutritional eating experience, including providing 10 essential nutrients including protein, iron and zinc. 
 
This 1/8th of beef is already cut and ready for your freezer. Skip the cut sheet, decisions and paying processing. Simple. Once your beef is ready, we will let you know the final weight of your animal and your deposit will be subtracted off your final total.
