Fill your freezer with quality, homegrown beef. Rest assured that you will be serving beef that comes from one animal, has no additives and was raised with the utmost care. Our beef is grass fed in the beautiful Sandhills of Nebraska and finished with a mixture of forage and grain. Grain finished beef provides an enjoyable and nutritional eating experience, including providing 10 essential nutrients including protein, iron and zinc. 
 
Your $250 deposit will go toward your total. Once your quarter is ready, we will fill out your beef cut sheet and inform you the actual carcass weight in order to calculate the remainder of your payment. Expected availability January & February 2026!
